There has been plenty of speculation about Harry Kane’s future at Bayern Munich in recent months, with reports linking him to a move to FC Barcelona.

However, ahead of Bayern’s midweek Champions League clash with Arsenal, Kane made it clear that he has had no contact with anyone representing Barcelona and is not seeking a move away from Munich.

Multiple reports have suggested that the 32-year-old England captain has a €65 million release clause for the summer of 2026, which must be activated before January 31, 2026.

But, according to Bild’s Bayern Insider podcast, Kane has no intention of activating the clause, and both parties have agreed to discuss a potential contract extension beyond 2027 once it expires.

Kane has been a big hit since joining Bayern from Tottenham in the summer of 2023, scoring 109 goals in 115 appearances so far.
