Premier League supercomputer predicts where Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham, West Ham and Crystal Palace will finish this season

It could prove to be a hugely-decisive weekend in the Premier League title race as first meets second when Arsenal head to Chelsea on Sunday afternoon.

The Gunners are six points clear at the top after an impressive start to the campaign and a win for the away side at Stamford Bridge could all-but end the Blues hopes of the title. Manchester City are still in the picture but Arsenal are very much in the driving seat.

West Ham host an out-of-sorts Liverpool on Sunday afternoon in a game the Irons will be relishing after going unbeaten in their last three matches while the Reds have lost nine of their last 12 games.

Crystal Palace host Manchester United with the Eagles aiming to keep themselves in the hunt for the top four. Tottenham take on Fulham at home on Saturday night while Brentford host Burnley.

While Arsenal are the favourites for the title, Sky Sports have ran their Supercomputer simulation to predict where each side will finish this campaign...
