Liverpool has two players at risk of a Premier League suspension in the next month, with seven more games to play until the five yellow card cut-off point is extended to 10.
Premier League players who reach five cautions on or before matchday 19 will need to serve a one-match ban. After 19 games, it is then 10 yellows that are required to miss a game up to matchday 32.
As it stands, Liverpool duo Dominik Szoboszlai and Conor Bradley are both on four yellow cards. One more booking for either in the next six games, then, will see them earn a ban.
In that period, Liverpool will face West Ham United, Sunderland, Leeds, Brighton, Spurs and Wolves, which are the Reds' final league fixtures of 2025.
Szoboszlai is expected to play in the vast majority of those minutes having been Liverpool's best player this season to date. However, Bradley is currently injured and could be missing for the next couple of weeks.
Milos Kerkez and Ryan Gravenberch are both on three cautions, so if they pick up a yellow card, they will join Szoboszlai and Bradley in treading the suspension tightrope.

Losing Szoboszlai, in particular, would be a blow for Liverpool as it looks to turn its form around. The Hungary midfielder has been in excellent form, and the Reds are in need of some wins.
"There is a lot of pressure if you work or play at a top club," Arne Slot said ahead of facing West Ham. "Even more so if you start losing more games than this club or these players or this manager is used to.
"Then there is always pressure. But there was a lot of pressure last season as well for us to win the league.
"Now it's a different kind of pressure because we have lost so many games. What it does to me… I can just do the same, but I don't have to play.

"So, maybe my job is a little bit easier if it comes to this, because I think it's hard for every player if you are in a bad run of results if you go down immediately after three minutes and then you play a good first half.
"Then 10 minutes after half-time again you concede. We get knock after knock after knock, which is hard but that's why I keep saying, especially when it happens, we have to keep fighting.
"That's what we've done so well last season and what this club is about for so many years. The minimum of what we, and I, expect is that we do this over 90 minutes, which is not always easy if you get knock after knock after knock."
