'Hello Revenge' Lyrics: NLE The Great (AKA NLE Choppa) Releases NBA YoungBoy Diss Track & Beef Explained
NLE The Great, also known as NLE Choppa, is back with a brand new track, and he’s dissing NBA YoungBoy.
The 23-year-old Memphis-bred superstar dropped his new song on Friday (November 27), following “Messiah (Devil’s Diss)” and “KO,” which became viral hits.
Here’s what the official release had to say about the song: “On this fiery new track, NLE moves with precision. ‘Hello Revenge’ is less about retaliation and more about reclamation — a proclamation from a 23-year-old star tapping into something deeper, sharper, and undeniably elevated. Over an epic score of stormy pianos, thunderous percussion, and hints of ancestral rhythms, he delivers a spirited performance that feels both cinematic and cleansing. He’s standing firmly in his purpose, letting conviction — not chaos — drive every line.”
“No prayers to the devil / ‘Fore he take my soul / Turn to a rebel / I know my right from wrong,” he declares on the song.
NLE dissed YB on the song “KO” as well, alleging that YoungBoy is a puppet in the music industry and is poisoning the youth with his music.
The two were compared when NLE first debuted in 2019, and originally NLE showed love for YB on social media. Three years later, YoungBoy dissed NLE for picking sides in his own beef with Lil Durk, which he later commented on in an interview. Three years later, it seems that NLE is now rehashing the beef.
