Chelsea earned a well-deserved a point against Arsenal following their 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.
Despite going down to 10 men after Moises Caicedo’s red card, Chelsea were able to take the lead in the second half through Trevoh Chalobah.
Mikel Merino then equalised, but Enzo Maresca would have been happy with the point given Arsenal’s one-man advantage.
Who was your Man of the Match vs Arsenal?
It was a fiery London derby, even before Caicedo’s dismissal, with Enzo Fernandez being one player who got involved in a couple of skirmishes.

Enzo Fernandez was furious with Jurrien Timber’s time wasting
There was one moment in the first half where the ball was thrown at Arsenal defender Jurrien after he took his time to take a throw in, as reported by BBC Sport journalist Nizaar Kinsella.
Fernandez was one Chelsea star who wanted Timber to get a move on, being responsible for the ball being thrown at the Dutchman.
Before the game, Pat Nevin discussed both Timber and Reece James, claiming that he would have the latter over the former when he is fit.
After James’ performance against Mikel Arteta’s side, it is not hard to see why. James was Chelsea’s best player, dominating in the middle of the park despite losing his midfield partner so early in the game.
Mark Clattenburg’s thoughts on Caicedo’s red card…
Speaking exclusively to The Chelsea Chronicle, the former Premier League referee said:
“There is no doubt that Moises Caicedo deserve a red card for a shocking tackle that catches his opponent above the foot which could easily endanger the safety of his opponent. Some will argue that the early yellow cards have created this tension but that is looking for excuses for such a tackle.”
While the England international is a right-back by trade, Maresca has been using him in the engine room and has not been let down by his captain.
