The [Oklahoma City Thunder](https://www.sportingnews.com/uk/nba/oklahoma-city-thunder) arguably have the best talent evaluation staff in the NBA, and that's been very evident over the past few years. While it's also fair to mention that the Thunder have had a lot of high first-round picks in recent years, it's also important to recognize that first-round picks often can become busts.
That hasn't been the case for the Thunder, and they’ve even found some talent in the later rounds, including in the 2021 NBA Draft when they selected Aaron Wiggins.
Wiggins was a second-round pick, being selected 55th overall.
With a ton of picks in the 2026 NBA Draft, Jonathan Wasserman of Bleacher Report recently predicted them to select a player who he compared to Wiggins, naming Juke Harris, a 6-foot-6 small forward out of Wake Forest, as an option for the Thunder.
“Juke Harris has produced his way into the NBA draft conversation."
“He has to sustain his current level of scoring and efficiency during conference play for scouts to fully buy in. At 6'7", he's been a serious transition weapon, a three-point threat and off-ball scorer driving, cutting and crashing the glass,” [he wrote](https://bleacherreport.com/articles/25262746-2026-nba-mock-draft).
If a player has a skill set similar to Wiggins, he's definitely someone to take a look at. As Wiggins has proven, especially over the past three years, he's an efficient player who can do a lot on both sides of the basketball.
