Arne Slot said that he has no concerns over Alisson's fitness after the goalkeeper received treatment during Sunday's game against West Ham.
Alisson has missed a huge chunk of games due to injury since the start of last season, and was absent from the team for Wednesday's Champions League loss to PSV Eindhoven due to illness.
The Brazilian, who recently returned from an eight-game absence caused by a hamstring injury, hit the deck in the 11th minute at the London Stadium after colliding with Joe Gomez when the Reds were defending a cross.
Alisson stayed down and received treatment, and the issue was seemingly dealt with as he eventually returned to his feet and completed the game.
Given Alisson's sketchy fitness record, Slot was asked about his No.1 in a post-game interview, and the Liverpool head coach allayed any fears that he might have sustained another problem.
“I don’t think there was an injury, otherwise you cannot keep on playing. I think he’s okay,” said the Liverpool head coach. “He didn’t have a lot of work to do so I assume that he’s ready to play again.”
Alisson's clean sheet against West Ham was his first since a 1-0 win away to Burnley on September 14, and at the other end of the field, Alexander Isak and Cody Gakpo found the back of the net to secure a 2-0 victory for Slot's side.
Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, Slot admitted he felt relieved at Liverpool returning to winning ways after a run of nine defeats in 12 games in all competitions.
"There's definitely a feeling of relief because if you have lost so many times then winning is important," Slot said. "We hardly conceded a chance. We were able to create chances ourselves. In other games we gave away a lot more than we did today.

"It helps if you don't go 1-0 down after five minutes because then you are more open. We played the game I wanted us to play.
"What I saw meant a lot to our players and our fans. The fans had to travel a long way to support a team that has been performing poorly. On Wednesday we face Sunderland. It's a very busy schedule for everyone. This is a good first step for us - that we won and had a clean sheet."
As for Isak – whose goal was his first in the Premier League for his new club – he said: "I'm aware that it has been a long time coming and I have been trying to get back to my best form.
"I'm still on the way but I am happy to get that goal. The best feeling today is that we win the game and that is the best way to get a good spirit in the group but of course I am a striker so scoring goals will always help me.
"We have to use this win in a good way but also be humble. We have to stay focused and keep working hard to keep this momentum."
