Florian Wirtz was assessed as Liverpool’s best player in the 2-0 victory at West Ham, with an unsung figure getting the second-highest rating.
The Reds stopped the rot with a vital three points on Sunday afternoon, with Alexander Isak and Cody Gakpo getting the goals.
Here we compare our player ratings with those of the Liverpool Echo, GOAL and the TIA readers.
Wirtz (8.03) delivered a hugely promising display, standing out as the best player on either side.
Ian Doyle of the Echo described the German as the “most creative player throughout,” praising the key part he played in Isak’s opener.
Jack McRae of GOAL said this was Wirtz’s “best performance in a Liverpool shirt” to date, with the 22-year-old thriving as a No. 10.

Joe Gomez (7.38) impressed at right-back, getting an assist and defending solidly, and he got the second-top score.
TIA’s Henry Jackson pointed out that his long throw also “began the move” for Isak’s goal, saying he justified his selection.
Alisson (6.15) scored lowest for Liverpool, but that’s only because he had nothing to do!
What the stats say
Statistically, it was no surprise to see FotMob hand Gakpo (8.7) top marks, following a goal and an assist.
The Dutchman also created the most chances alongside Mateus Fernandes (three), in what was a frustrating but ultimately influential performance.
Ibrahima Konate produced a much-improved showing for Liverpool, with nobody making more defensive contributions than his tally of 13. That was five more than any other Reds player!

For Isak, it was huge to score his first Liverpool goal in the Premier League, but he will know that he needs to improve in his all-round game.
The Swede only had 13 touches in total, which is only four more than Andy Robertson (nine), who came on in the 85th minute!
