We're into December and that means we're on the month countdown until the January transfer window opens - with some huge mid-season deals being talked up.
Mega sums were spent in the summer as the British-record transfer fee was twice broken, both times by , but the Reds have no clicked and could yet be forced into the market. There's plenty of talk of Antoine Semenyo being on the move after impressing with .

Manchestter City have made an initial enquiry to Everton over Iliman Ndiaye, per footmercato.
Pep Guardiola's side have expressed their interest in the attacker as they consider a new winger. The Toffees star has scored four goals this season and has a contract until 2029. Everton are said to have no interest in a sale next month.

Man Utd eyeing the summer - but haven't ruled out moves
The January transfer window opens in a month but, despite the need to bolster certain positions, reports that Man Utd are looking to bypass the mid-season window and instead do their business next summer.
That said they remain open minded and will act if it is in their best interests. Injuries to key personnel may alter their stance but finding quality players for good value can often be a challenge midway through the season, when clubs tend to hike their prices.
Man City consider moving first for Semenyo
Man City are considering triggering Antoine Semenyo’s £65m release clause in January after his impressive showings for Bournemouth.
reports that Pep Guardiola's are among a number of clubs monitoring Semenyo’s situation. Liverpool have also been linked with the 25-year-old.
City haven't committed to making a move for Semenyo, but some feels as though a January move could give them the boost they need to close in on Premier League leaders Arsenal in the second half of the campaign.
