The men’s Norfolk County Association will host their AGM on December 7, at County Arts Bowls Club, Norwich, when the review and reports take place affecting member clubs of the NBA.
Also, the election of various positions, including the presidency, will be confirmed.
Current president Chris Reynalds will see his 12-month tenure come to an end.

Chris Reynalds
Reynalds is well known locally, with his home club being Downham Market Conservative Bowls Club.
He would like to thank Downham Market Conservative Club for his nomination and everybody for the support he’s received over the past 12 months.
Reynalds said: “It was a privilege to have been the 2025 president, while presenting the opportunity to meet so many friendly faces enjoying their bowls.
“Norfolk remains rich in talent and passion for lawn bowls, and I am excited to harness that energy to elevate our game to new heights.
“Together, we will not only strive for excellence on the greens but also work to ensure that our association remains a welcoming and inclusive space for players of all ages and abilities.
“By introducing lawn bowls to new audiences, we can secure the future of our sport and ensure that it continues to thrive for generations to come.”
He added: “My charity for the year has been Tapping House Hospice. Tapping House is a registered charity based in Hillington.
“They provide free care, comfort and compassion to adults in Norfolk and North Cambridgeshire living with life-limiting illnesses and support for their carers, families and friends.
“They also believe in living life to the end and bringing joy to patients’ lives.
“They work with everyone as an individual, supporting them on each step of their journey through their outpatient unit, inpatient unit, and in their own homes.”
Reynalds concluded: “It has been a fantastic season, full of great bowls, lasting friendships, and unforgettable moments.”
Waiting in the wings as a successor to Reynalds is the current senior vice president Chris Rowe, who is also a Downham Market Conservative Club member, continuing the West Norfolk connection.
Reynalds was the first president from the west of the county for 20 years.
To date, 64 teams have entered the NBA County League 2026 season, with 20 teams coming from the west of the county.
The Premier League contains three of these teams in St Lawrence, Downham Market and Wootton Park.
This again shows the continuing popularity of bowls in West Norfolk.
