Paul Pierce is known to make outlandish statements from time to time. However, he won’t find many fans disagreeing with his latest hot take. The Truth spoke about Gilgeous-Alexander, and he compared the MVP to a certain legendary Chicago Bull.

“You can’t stop him,” Pierce said on the No Fouls Given podcast. “He’s starting to give me that Jordan presence. He’s gonna get 30. We had Kobe, LeBron, KD, and they’ll have big nights, but this dude is consistent 30s.
This is a pretty big statement to make, but one that SGA seems to be backing up. At 93 games, he has the second-longest streak of consecutive 20-point games in league history. That’s one thing even MJ never managed. If he continues to post stats like these while adding to his championship count, Jordan might start becoming a very realistic comparison.
