Jack Grealish was the hero as Everton beat Bournemouth on Tuesday evening.
Grealish’s 77th-minute strike was the difference as Everton secured all three points at the Vitality Stadium on 2 December.
Everton have struggled to beat Bournemouth on their travels in recent years, but they overcame their hoodoo on south coast this time.
The travelling supporters were loving the scenes, and it seems as though Jordan Pickford was just as ecstatic as them.

Grealish has been one of Everton’s best players this season, and it was the Manchester City loanee who stepped up with the winner against the Cherries.
He had a poor game before that though, and Pickford reminded him of that after he notched the strike with 13 minutes left in the game.
Speaking to Sky Sports after the victory, (21:32 pm), Grealish revealed what the England stopper said to him, saying: “Pickers come up to me then and said that was your worst game and you got the winner.”
All signs point to Everton signing Grealish permanently
When the loan deal was agreed, it was reported that there was a £50million clause to make it a permanent signing.
However, the figure is now believed to be lower than that amount, which would make the transfer more likely for the Blues, if they want to bring him in.
Grealish has made 12 appearances for the Blues so far in the top-flight
He has notched two goals and four assists in those matches
He is desperately trying to make it into Thomas Tuchel’s squad for the 2026 World Cup in the United States
Given the connection between Grealish and the Toffees squad, it would be a no-brainer to make his loan into a stay in the summer.
He has already got a great relationship with the supporters, and he has made it clear what he can do it on the pitch.
It would not be a surprise at all if Grealish ends up as an Everton player after the loan spell expires, as he clearly loves life on Merseyside, and is enjoying his football once again with the boys in blue after a torrid time with City.
