Everton star surely worried for Toffees career after David Moyes decision vs Bournemouth [view]

Everton claimed a huge three points over Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium on Tuesday night thanks to a Jack Grealish strike late in the second half.

The Toffees were looking to bounce back after a shocking defeat at home to Newcastle over the weekend, where they were thrashed 4-1, and manager David Moyes made some changes to the side to freshen things up in the process.

James Garner was shifted to right-back with Jake O'Brien moving central and Michael Keane dropping to the bench, while Carlos Alcaraz and Tim Iroegbunam formed a solid midfield partnership behind the familiar forward line of Iliman Ndiaye, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Grealish and Thierno Barry.

The away side continued their excellent form on the road thanks to Grealish's deflected strike with 12 minutes to go, but fans were left baffled by Moyes' decision not to change things up in a relatively uneventful game.

Moyes Refusing to Use Tyler Dibling

The front three behind the striker has largely picked itself this season for Moyes, with all three having different spells of electric form which have helped Everton to be a threat going forward in every game.

But despite eventually coming away with a win over Andoni Iraola's side, Everton struggled going forward for much of the game and both Grealish and Ndiaye in particular were quite poor in the final third.

Yet, despite their struggles, Moyes refused to take them off when chasing a goal, and that meant that £40m summer signing Tyler Dibling was once again left keeping the bench warm this season.

The England Under-21 international was seen as a key target in the transfer window but has so far managed just 73 minutes of Premier League action this season, which has been described as 'concerning', suggesting that Moyes isn't seeing anything he likes in training just yet, and that should spark some serious concerns over his future at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Fans Baffled by Moyes Not Playing Dibling

His direct running, pace and skill made the former Southampton starlet a hot property in the summer, but it was Everton who won the race for his signature and many believed that was because he'd be able to play more regularly there than at other clubs.

But that has proven false, and it has left fans incredibly confused.

One fan pondered what the youngster had to do if Dibling 'can't get a game when Grealish and Ndiaye are playing like this', while another labeled him a 'poor kid' who wasn't being given an opportunity under the manager.

Another fan on X described Moyes' treatment of the winger as 'nothing short of a disgrace', while others questioned why Dwight McNeil was being brought on ahead of him too.

With the January transfer window approaching, Dibling will surely be considering his short-term future at the very least, and unless Moyes starts to use him then it will be hard to justify keeping him around for the second half of the season.
