Haaland breaks record as fastest player to reach 100 Premier League Goals

London , Dec. 3 (SANA) Erling Haaland has set a new Premier League milestone, becoming the fastest player in history to reach 100 goals. The Norwegian striker broke a 30-year-old record previously held by Alan Shearer, who reached the century mark in 124 games.

Haaland, however, achieved the feat in just 111 appearances, surpassing Shearer’s long-standing record by a significant margin. The likes of Harry Kane, Sergio Agüero, Thierry Henry, and Mohamed Salah trail far behind in the race to 100 goals.

Haaland’s historic 100th goal came in a 2-0 win over Fulham during match week 14, thanks to a brilliant assist from Jeremy Doku.
