Emily Fox has been nominated for the US Female Player of the Year award after an excellent 2025 for club and country.
Our defender started off the year as she meant to go on, scoring an outrageous goal from long range against Tottenham in February's 5-0 success.
Emily was also a crucial part of our Champions League winning team, starting all five knockout matches as we overturned first leg deficits against Real Madrid and Lyon before beating Barcelona 1-0 in the final.
The full-back had a successful year on the international stage as well, as the US Women's National Team won 12 of their 15 matches, including a memorable 3-0 win over Canada in July.
Two of those wins came at the SheBelieves Cup in February, where victories over Colombia and Australia saw the US finish second behind winners Japan.
Emily is one of five players nominated for the Female Player of the Year award, and one of three from the WSL.
Chelsea duo Catarina Macario and Alyssa Thompson have been nominated, as have Portland Thorns' Sam Coffey and Gotham's Rose Lavelle.
