Liverpool manager Arne Slot has been told not to give up on Mo Salah despite his poor form this season.
The Reds managed to get back to winning ways over the weekend with a win against West Ham. Arne Slot’s side next face off against Sunderland on Wednesday night, hoping to get back into the top half of the Premier League table.
One of the biggest headlines over the weekend was that Slot decided not to play Mo Salah, as his recent form has not been the best. Salah has made 12 appearances this season in the Premier League, scoring four goals and two assists.

Former PL winger Shaun Wright-Phillips has said that all is not lost with Salah yet; the Reds just aren’t using him right this season. The former Man City star told BestBettingSites.co.uk: “What I take from Salah is that he is not driven by money.
“He’s driven by success with a club and then his own personal goals. Now, there are plenty of personal goals that he may still have to complete at Liverpool, which is why he stayed despite interest from elsewhere. So I’m not sure he’ll go yet.
“I think the fans do still like watching him play, but the team needs to get the ball to him quicker. I think when Trent was playing, he got the ball straight to Mo and that gave him the time to weigh up his options. He could decide on a path, whether to give the ball to a teammate, or take someone on. Now I think he’s being rushed.”
Reports claim Liverpool want to replace Salah
In a shocking turn of transfer events, recent reports have said that the Reds are considering a move for Everton star Iliman Ndiaye to be their long-term replacement for Mo Salah.
Furthermore, Bournemouth winger Antoine Semenyo has also been named as a potential replacement for Salah, with Semenyo having a £65m release clause in his contract from January. Tottenham, Man City and Man United are also said to be keen on him.
