Leeds United manager Daniel Farke's job is in danger if the club lose against Chelsea on Wednesday night, but he won't necessarily get sacked, according to GIVEMESPORT senior reporter Fabrizio Romano.
The Yorkshire club have lost six of their last seven Premier League matches to leave them in the bottom three ahead of the visit of Enzo Maresca's high-flying Blues to Elland Road.
While one relegation spot seems set to be taken by rock-bottom Wolves, the remaining two are very much up in the air, with Leeds only lying below 17th-placed West Ham United on goals scored as we head towards the festive period.
Daniel Farke 'In Danger' at Leeds

Leeds come into the clash with Chelsea on the back of four straight defeats, and the pressure will only increase on Farke if that becomes five.
According to Romano though, writing in his latest GIVEMESPORT newsletter on Wednesday, defeat against the Blues wouldn't definitely mean he gets the sack and his situation depends on 'upcoming results'.
His job would be in danger, yes. But a lot will depend on the upcoming results - Farke has the chance to turn the situation around.
Things don't get any easier for the German should they get beaten by Maresca's men though, with a visit from Liverpool to follow this weekend.
Despite their disappointing season under Arne Slot, they clearly have the firepower in their ranks to down Leeds with Alexander Isak hitting the net in the win against West Ham on Sunday.
49ers' Next Move is Obvious
Daniel Farke
Should Leeds taste defeat again on Wednesday night, then the 49ers have to act and dismiss Farke.
With no promoted side surviving since 2023, the Yorkshire club simply don't have the time to be patient and wait for results to improve.
They face four tough-looking fixtures on paper against Liverpool, Brentford, Crystal Palace and fellow promoted side Sunderland at the Stadium of Light - the Black Cats currently lie sixth in the table.
Leeds can learn lessons from two of last season's relegated clubs though as Leicester and Southampton both made the wrong managerial choices after sacking Steve Cooper and Russell Martin respectively.

Leeds United must ignore calls to appoint Gary O'Neil, and instead appoint this 'elite' manager who is said to be a top target.
The Whites need a boost but they need to get the change right if they are to survive.
According to reports, Gary O'Neil is emerging as the leading candidate for the job, with Ange Postecoglou, Brendan Rodgers and Zsolt Low the other names mentioned for the role in recent days.

Following the news that Dan James has been ruled out for eight weeks through injury, Leeds need a boost in the final third on Wednesday.
The answer to Farke's new issue could be Wilfried Gnonto.
The Italian should be champing at the bit to make an impact after recently returning from a calf injury, which has severely limited his minutes this season.
The 22-year-old is yet to make a massive impact as a Premier League player, but he needs to do it sooner rather than later to prove he belongs at this level.
