Mikel Arteta has been nominated for the Premier League Manager of the Month award for November after guiding us to another unbeaten month in the top flight.
The boss has now been nominated in each of the last three months, as we continue to lead the way at the top of the Premier League, taking a 17-match unbeaten run into December, a run we extended to 18 games with victory over Brentford.
We recorded two wins and two draws in an unbeaten November, beating Burnley 2-0 at Turf Moor before drawing 2-2 at the Stadium Light with a Sunderland side who are still yet to lose at home since their promotion back to the Premier League.
An international break followed our game with the Black Cats, and we returned with the first men's north London derby of the season. It would prove to be a memorable edition of the derby as Eberechi Eze scored the first hat-trick in the fixture since 1978 to secure a 4-1 win for Mikel Arteta's side.

We rounded out the month with a battling 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge against Chelsea, leaving us five points clear at the top of the Premier League heading into December.
Mikel is one of six managers up for the award, and one of three who navigated the month unbeaten; Chelsea's Enzo Maresca and Brighton's Fabian Hurzeler also guided their teams to unbeaten months.
Fulham's Marco Silva, Manchester City's Pep Guardiola and Aston Villa's Unai Emery have also been nominated after guiding their teams to three wins from four games in November.
You can vote for Mikel here, with voting open until Monday, December 8 at 12pm (UK).
