“For many of our kids, this is their very first bike ever,” said Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County President and CEO Teena Belcik. “I can’t think of a better gift at Christmas time.”

The giveaway, hosted by Raising Cane’s and the Isaiah Hartenstein Foundation, is part of more than three dozen events planned for the 18th season of the Oklahoma City Thunder’s Holiday Assist.

Hartenstein said he’s glad to take part in so many events that spread joy for the holiday season.

“We’re in such a privileged situation, so us being able to give back and work with great organizations is something [that’s] always really cool,” he said.

The children were also able to take home goodie bags from Raising Cane’s.
