Alessia Russo has won our Women's Player of the Month award for November after a month of big goals in big games.
The forward won a season-high 62% of the vote, more than double the votes any of our other nominees secured. Steph Catley was second, with Stina Blackstenius close behind in third.
Alessia started the month off in style, scoring the opening goal in our 4-1 victory over Leicester. Our no.23 also recorded an assist in the rout, setting up an own goal to double our advantage.
But Alessia's standout moments came in two of the biggest games of our season so far, as she netted the equaliser against Chelsea in the WSL before scoring both goals in our 2-1 win over Real Madrid in the UEFA Women's Champions League.
Our striker capped off what was already an impressive month by scoring for England at Wembley in their 8-0 demolition of China.
