Everton are going to need to rely on Jack Grealish to provide a more consistent outlet of goals over the coming weeks.
The Toffees are now just a matter of days away from losing top goalscorer Iliman Ndiaye to the Africa Cup of Nations.
David Moyes has now been informed that Ndiaye and Idrissa Gana Gueye depart for AFCON on 15th December.
With Everton’s two strikers still only combining for a total of one goal this season, the attackers are going to need to step up their game in front of goal.
Grealish provided the winning goal on Tuesday evening, which will hopefully act as a real confidence booster for the 30-year-old.
Shining on Merseyside for Everton, Moyes has now shared how he has gotten Grealish to show some of his better form.

David Moyes reveals Jack Grealish secret at Everton
It is so clear that the winger is enjoying his loan at Everton, with Wayne Rooney sharing Grealish’s class away from the pitch with a recent social media post.
The 30-year-old has fitted in at Finch Farm effortlessly since he joined from Manchester City over the summer.

“He’s been taken right away. I think he’s played well, scored a few goals and added a few assists. He can pick it up a bit more; no doubt about that,” said Moyes.
“I’ve got no problem telling Jack straight and telling him correctly. I don’t need to tell him any lies, or tell him any bulls**t. He’s big enough and man enough to accept it, good or bad.”
“Jack wants the truth, Jack wants to be pushed and told. He’s responded to it. The biggest thing for me is he’s getting through the games, playing 90 minutes in the games.”
Ironically, James Tarkowski named Grealish as Moyes’ favourite, suggesting the 62-year-old would even have the winger around for dinner.
If this is what is needed for Everton to see the very best from Grealish, then Moyes will be doing everything he can to see more goals from the Englishman.
Grealish needs to be more consistent in front of goal
On the back of his struggles at Man City, there won’t have been any Everton fans suddenly expecting Grealish to provide double digit goals and assists this season.
Alan Shearer wants to see Grealish score more goals, with two in 13 Premier League games perhaps slightly on the low side.

However, it must be remembered that he has also returned four assists in the league.
A total of six goal contributions in his 13 league appearances is certainly a solid return, but more goals are going to be needed over the coming weeks.
If he is to move to Merseyside permanently, Everton will also need to negotiate his buy clause, as well as see more goals from him.
