Giannis Antetokounmpo’s message from NBA ignites wild landing spot predictions

It’s been quite the past few days for Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Just as another round of rumors about his supposed desire toleave the Bucks via trade, the two-time NBA Most Valuable Playerwent down with a right calf strain injury that is expected to keep him away from the action for weeks to come.

It’s a much better diagnosis for Antetokounmpo, who was initially feared to have torn his Achilles. Still, Milwaukee will be without its best player as it continues to navigate the 2025-26 NBA regular season.

Then on Saturday, the “Greek Freak” celebrated his 31st birthday.

Of course, the NBA had a message for one of the league’s faces.

“Join us in wishing Giannis Antetokounmpo of the @Bucks a HAPPY 31st BIRTHDAY!” the NBA shared in a post on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.
