LeBron James has maintained one of the most impressive NBA careers in the league’s history, but recently an incredible record of his came to an abrupt end.

For over two decades, James has managed to break countless records as a professional with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat and most recently, the Los Angeles Lakers. However, his absurd run of consecutive games with at least 10 points or more came to an end this week after 1,297 straight performances.
While the record itself was certainly remarkable for James as a player, an NBA bettor was even more broken up about it because of the amount of money he had riding on the Lakers game Thursday against the Toronto Raptors.
LeBron James finished the night with just eight points, two away from keeping his streak going, and @BryceLottos on Twitter had a meltdown on the platform after losing his $15,000 bet on the Lakers superstar.

The NBA bettor was seemingly so confident in his -2600 bet slip winning that he was willing to drop thousands of dollars for a payout of only $576. Needless to say, it might be awhile before this basketball fan pays that much money on a James prop bet.
