Premier League Team of the Week XI– Do you agree?

Our latest Premier League team of the week has been finalised. Gamweek 15 saw big wins for teams such as Aston Villa, Manchester City and Everton, but who were the best individual performers?

We took a look at each of the most recent set of fixtures and picked out the top players from the weekend. Do you agree with our choices?

GK: Djordje Petrovic

Out of all the Premier League goalkeepers this weekend, Bournemouth’s Djorde Petrovic arguably had the most work to do. Chelsea were looking to right the wrongs from their midweek defeat against Leeds United, but Petrovic had other ideas.

The Cherries’ shot stopper prevented the Blues from finding a way beyond him, making five saves before the game petered out to a 0-0 draw.

RB: Matty Cash

Matty Cash’s wonderful 2025/26 season reached new heights on Saturday, as he scored the opening goal during a dramatic 2-1 win over Arsenal for Aston Villa at Villa Park.

The Polish international had a massive job on his hands, as he was tasked with keeping Eberechi Eze quiet – nevertheless, he relegated Eze to a cameo role as he stayed on top of the former Crystal Palace man throughout the proceedings.

CB: Josko Gvardiol

Manchester City have struggled defensively in the last few weeks, but there was no evidence of this during their 3-0 win over Sunderland.

Josko Gvardiol was the Sky Blues’ star of the show at the back, as he maintained a clean sheet and scored their second goal of the game.

CB: James Tarkowski

James Tarkowski has been outstanding for Everton this season. He continued his fine form against Nottingham Forest, putting in a trademark battling performance at the back.

The Toffees’ old war horse was integral to their win over the Trees, making a litany of clearances and providing an imperious presence – aerially, he was simply untouchable.
