The Milwaukee Bucks are preparing for Thursday’s matchup against the Boston Celtics at Fiserv Forum, but they could be without some players active for that contest.
Withsuperstar forward Giannis Antetokounmpo still out because of a lower-body injury, Milwaukee has both guard AJ Green and forward Taurean Prince on the injury report. Green missedMilwaukee’s game last Saturday against the Detroit Pistons due to a shoulder issue, while Prince hasn’t seen action since going under the knife in November to repair a herniated disc in his neck.

Both Prince and Green also did not practice on Tuesday, though Milwaukee head coach hinted that the latter has a chance to see action versus Jaylen Brown and the Celtics.
ViaEric Nehm of The Athletic:
Following today’s practice, Bucks coach Doc Rivers told reporters that Taurean Prince, Giannis Antetokounmpo and AJ Green did not participate in today’s practice.
Rivers said there is a chance that AJ Green could play on Thursday vs. Boston.
When healthy, the 26-year-old Green is among the more dependable Bucks players, especially on offense. So far in the 2025-26 NBA season, he is averaging a career-high of 11.3 points per game while shooting 48.9 percent from the floor and 48.5 percent from behind the arc.
His ability to stretch the floor makes him a good fit on the court alongside Antetokounmpo, though he’s also shown the ability to create shots on his own.
If Green ends up sitting out the Celtics clash, his next chance to suit up will be on Sunday in a road game versus the Brooklyn Nets.
