The situation around Liverpool and Mohamed Salah is showing no signs of calming.
The Egyptian wasn’t part of Reds’ squad for their Champions League game against Inter Milan.
His relationship with Liverpool manager Arne Slot has hit rock bottom. It may take a miracle for it to be repaired. More than that, it feels difficult to see the club hero come back from this and become an important part of the side again.
Salah’s contract at Anfield runs out in 2027. Due to that, the Reds can still earn a fee from his sale.
Gianluca di Marzio has now spoken to Sky Italia – relayed by Tuttomercatoweb, about the Liverpool player’s future. Like others, he believes Salah should move to Saudi Arabia soon and there is no chance of returning to Italy.
