Slot avoids Salah question
Arne Slot declined to say more about Mo Salah after Liverpool beat Inter Milan on Wednesday, amid growing speculation over the Egyptian's next steps.
"I think tonight it should be all about a team like this tonight, against a team like this who are winning and a stadium like this," the Dutchman told Prime Video Sport.
"The focus should be on that tonight. I can fully understand if I go into the press conference on Friday and all the questions are on Mo but I think these players deserve for it to be about them tonight."

Arsenal told they need a new striker
Former Liverpool and Monaco star John Arne Riise believes Arsenal need a new striker in the January but stopped short of saying they were wrong to offload current Monaco hotshot Mika Biereth.
"You can definitely make that case, but at the same time, it’s hard to really worry. Arsenal are top of the league and they’re going well," Riise told .
"They’re strong up front too, with plenty of players at the moment. They have a deep squad. But I think when a club lets a player go, it's for a reason. They have a plan behind it.
"But while he’s done well at Monaco so far, you can never be sure that success at one club would translate to the same thing somewhere else.
"Arsenal won’t be able to watch on and regret. It was the right move for the player and the club at the time. I do think that right now, though, that Arsenal should be looking for another striker in January."

Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk was also asked about Salah after the win at the San Siro.
"Obviously it's difficult but its a collective difficult situation we're all in," the defender said.
"Obviously between Mo and the club things are going on and the consequences means he is not here today.
"That is the reality but nothing changes for our motivation to get results for the club."
