Everton’s move into the Hill Dickinson Stadium has been a monumental success both on and off the pitch.
The Friedkin Group have almost been at the club for a full year, with dramatic changes seen at Everton across the board.
Huge financial benefits have come as a result of the Hill Dickinson Stadium, which has opened new doors for the Blues.
Everton will host the 2026 Magic Weekend along with a number of other big-name events such as the 2028 Euros.
The success on the pitch has been a welcome boost for Everton, who have only lost twice in their opening eight Premier League games on the docks.
On the back of the success on Merseyside, Dan Friedkin and his son Ryan are set to make a major announcement over in Italy.

Although the Americans did not play much of a role in building the stadium, it is believed that the Friedkins only wanted to buy Everton because of the new stadium.
Had Everton remained at Goodison Park, it would not have been as much of an attractive proposition commercially for the new owners.

Changes are being made at Everton’s sister club, AS Roma, with Il Messaggero claiming the Friedkins will announce their final plans for a new stadium next week.

Ryan Friedkin is expected to jet in to Rome for the presentation, but questions remain over whether Dan will be present.
December 16th will be the date where Roma are expected to unveil their new stadium plans, with eyes on whether Dan will be in attendance.
Gary Lineker was wowed by the Hill Dickinson Stadium at the weekend as he paid a visit for the victory over Nottingham Forest.
Naturally, the Friedkins will want to develop their portfolio of clubs, but it will be difficult to top what Everton were able to produce with their new home.
Dan Friedkin has still not visited Everton
Earlier in the season, Dan Friedkin made the visit to the United Kingdom, but he did not make the trip to Merseyside to visit his £400m purchase last year.
The 60-year-old made an initial statement last December when the takeover was pushed through, but he has not shown his face at either the new stadium or Goodison Park.

Friedkin has been spotted in and around his Roma side over recent years as Everton fans still await their first glimpse of their new owner.
The opening of the Hill Dickinson Stadium felt like the perfect opportunity, but it did not prove to be.
Everton fans may well be wondering why Friedkin does not make an appearance on Merseyside.
