Everton are eyeing Vitinho, who is a Brazilian full-back currently plying his trade at Botafogo. The former Burnley star is a much more attack-minded defender than Jake O’Brien.
The Toffees could also do with another midfield player if they decide against recalling Harrison Armstrong, as Idrissa Gana Gueye could miss a lot of January through AFCON.
