Chelsea face Everton at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, in what’s a huge game for the Blues given their current run of form, and Peter Crouch has given his prediction.
Enzo Maresca’s men are winless in their last four games, and slumped to another defeat on Tuesday night against Atalanta in the Champions League.
The Blues are fifth, just a point ahead of Everton in seventh, who are in good form and have won four of their last five league games.
Peter Crouch makes Chelsea vs Everton prediction
Having missed the trip to Atalanta Cole Palmer is expected to start against the Toffees, and Chelsea will be hoping he can rediscover his best form.
Chelsea failed to score last weekend against Bournemouth, the first time that’s happened in a game since the opening day of the season against Crystal Palace.

However, despite their current struggles, Everton haven’t won at Stamford Bridge since November 1994, and Crouch has backed the Blues to return to winning ways.
“Everton have won four from their last five,” he told That Peter Crouch Podcast.
“I don’t see them getting anything from this.
“I’m going to go with Chelsea. 2-0.”
Former Premier League star Paul Merson has also backed Chelsea to win, and Maresca desperately needs three points, otherwise the pressure will ramp up a notch again.

Everton on Saturday is the first of three tricky fixtures with Newcastle and Aston Villa to follow, who are also in good form.
Chelsea don’t have the best record at St James’ Park, whilst Villa are the form team in the league currently, so a win against Everton is vital.
