Arne Slot has confirmed he will speak to Mohamed Salah on Friday and a decision will be made on whether he will be involved in this weekend's game against Brighton & Hove Albion.
Liverpool is still reeling from Salah's bombshell interview in the aftermath of the Saturday's draw against Leeds United, when Salah claimed he had been thrown under the bus by the club and that someone wanted him to leave.
That resulted in the Egyptian being omitted from the midweek squad that traveled to Italy for the Champions League victory over Inter Milan.
Salah posted an image of himself training alone in an empty AXA Training Centre.
The squad stayed in Milan on Tuesday and flew back the following morning. The team will train ahead on Friday, ahead of the Brighton game, and Salah's involvement - or lack of - will be a huge talking point.
"I will have a conversation with Mo this morning and the outcome of that conversation will determine how it will look tomorrow," the Liverpool boss said in Friday's press conference.
"The next time I speak about Mo should be with Mo. The outcome of it will determine how it will tomorrow."
