Lewis has made a spectacular rise to becoming a member of Pep Guardiola’s squad after coming through our Academy.

It began in the summer of 2022 when he was part of the touring squad to the United States and made a big impression in preseason.

Rico, of course, made an unforgettable debut shortly after in a 3-1 victory over Sevilla in the Champions League at the Etihad and scoring a fabulous goal.

A first Premier League goal followed the season and it’s a strange quirk of fate that three of his five City goals have come against Crystal Palace.

With an England debut, a new contract and six trophies, including our remarkable Treble season, he already has an incredible photo album of memories to look back on.
