Blake Griffin has mixed emotions about his future Los Angeles Clippers jersey retirement following Chris Paul's stunning exit.
Should the Los Angeles Clippers reach out to him at some point in the future, Blake Griffin will fully embrace the honorable opportunity to have his No. 32 jersey retired by the franchise.

But the former NBA star candidly admitted that he's simply dismayed over the recent release of the team on his former Clippers running mate Chris Paul.
"[The Clippers] is what I consider home, and that's part of the reason why it sucks to see what's happened [with Paul]. But yeah, that's not something I would never turn down," Griffin answered as he was asked about his potential LA jersey retirement.
Paul was notably sent home by Los Angeles last week, despite the future Hall of Famer guard announcing that this 2025-26 would be his last while intending to finish his career as a Clipper.
Hours after the stunning development, a screenshot of Paul's video call with former Clippers teammates Griffin and DeAndre Jordan went viral across social media.
Griffin, who established his case as another Clipper great like Paul as they spearheaded the team's "Lob City" era, endured a brutal split of his own with the franchise from the past.
After signing a five‑year, $171 million extension with the Clippers in the summer of 2017 to stay long-term, the retired big man felt betrayed as he was dealt to the Detroit Pistons months later during the 2017-18 season.
Following the awful treatment he received from the franchise, it would be interesting to see how Paul will react once the Clippers express their intention to raise his No. 3 jersey in the Intuit Dome rafters one day.
