Real Madrid attacker Kylian Mbappé rejoined the group in training this Saturday and appears ready to be available when Los Blancos visit Vitoria to face Alavés in what will be a crucial match. Mbappé missed Wednesday’s game against Manchester City with a minor hamstring injury he picked up during last weekend’s loss to Celta Vigo.
Mbappé’s recovery will increase Xabi Alonso’s options against Alavés, as Real Madrid will miss most of their depth in that game.
Rüdiger was questionable heading into the game as well but it looks like he will be able to start alongside Asencio and Huijsen in the defensive line, as the three of them are the only available defenders.
