One story has dominated since the Reds trudged off the field against Sunderland 10 days ago — Mohamed Salah’s comments in the Leeds United mixed zone remain a divisive issue among Liverpool supporters.
Therefore, it will be intriguing to see what reception the man proclaimed as the “Egyptian King” will receive on Saturday as he returns to the Liverpool squad. That’s assuming he is introduced off the bench, which, based on recent games, is no guarantee.
But he is at the very least expected to be named in the matchday squad, unlike on Tuesday in Milan.
