Leandro Trossard has been spotted with the Arsenal squad ahead of this evening's clash against Wolves. The 31-year-old winger missed the Gunners' dominant win over Club Brugge in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday night due to injury, but he appears to have made a full recovery.
Trossard, in full Arsenal gear, was seen walking into the hotel where the club are staying. The likes of Martin Odegaard, Viktor Gyokeres, Myles Lewis-Skelly, Mikel Merino, and Martin Zubimendi were also filmed entering the building.
The Belgium international marked his return from the sidelines with an equaliser in the 2-1 defeat to Aston Villa last weekend. He replaced Eberechi Eze at halftime, only to aggravate the problem and make way for Gabriel Martinelli in the final minutes.
A few days later, Trossard was left at home as Arsenal enjoyed a 3-0 victory against Club Brugge. Max Dowman, Declan Rice, and William Saliba were also omitted from the squad due to injury; Jurrien Timber travelled, but he wasn't named on the teamsheet.
On Friday, Arteta was asked to provide an update on the injury crisis in north London. Speaking to reporters at the Sobha Realty Training Centre, the Spaniard said: "We have to wait and see.
"Yesterday we didn’t train, so we have an extra day between this afternoon, let’s see if he can be available or not. It remains the same. If you asked me for the Everton game, I think he will be fit; for tomorrow, I don’t know."
On Timber, Arteta said: "Again, depends how he feels today. It was a knock that he picked, and he wasn’t feeling comfortable. So again, I think it’s a matter of days, but whether it’s tomorrow or not we’ll see."
On Rice, who had fallen ill, the Arsenal boss said: "Let’s see how he is today. He was ill, that’s an illness, normally in a few days it gets resolved, but we have to wait and see."

And finally, on Trossard, Arteta said: "Again, another one that is a matter of days. It sounds boring, but it’s the reality, so we don’t know."
Arteta will be keen to build some momentum after a dominant win over Club Brugge on Wednesday night. Meanwhile, Rob Edwards will be determined to clinch Wolves' first win of the campaign.
The Arsenal boss said: "In any Premier League match and especially against a team that is fighting against results, I know the manager really well and how he’s going to push and get the players ready to [try to cause a shock].

"From our side, we’re going to go full gas from the beginning and we know what we have to do."
On the Premier League title race, Arteta added: "At the end, you’re going to have to have over 90 points probably to win it, so that means winning a lot of football matches and tomorrow we have three points that we have to earn."
