Mohamed Salah’s public outburst is still stealing the headlines despite Liverpool winning twice since.
The Reds have had a hugely successful week after beating Inter Milan and now Brighton, with the latter a really convincing performance under tough circumstances.
Salah was brought back to the bench for this one but came on in the first half due to an injury to Joe Gomez, meaning he got well over an hour on the pitch.

He played well too and has left fans hoping that it was not his last game for Liverpool, although it is a possibility.
He was also asked to do another interview after the game, and the Egyptian still found a way to find something so serious a little humorous.

However, after Liverpool’s win against Brighton, he was asked again for an interview in the mixed zone, but this time, his response was much more professional, but equally hilarious.
“Two weeks in a row? No, no, no,” he said when asked as per journalist James Pearce.
This is how Liverpool fans would have wanted him to react last week, but at least he has learned his lesson this time around, even if some supporters will still not like the fact he has made a joke about it.
Despite this, he let his feet do the talking against Brighton, showing that he still has plenty to give back to the team.
Mohamed Salah has the most goal involvements for a single club in Premier League history
Despite everything that is going on, Salah is still finding a way to break records as he goes along, with the Egyptian claiming another after getting an assist.
This means he now has 277 goal involvements for Liverpool in the Premier League, the most by a player for a single club in Premier League history.
Wayne Rooney had the record before him, making it one that will please him even more, with this an indication of just how much of a legend Salah really is.
If he does leave in January, it will be a sad way to go for someone of his stature, but if he does, no one can deny that he did not give his all.
