Many managers in world football learn from the brilliance of Jurgen Klopp.
The German is an iconic figure in the managerial world, and a head coach that many look up to.
Having won all that there was to win in English football, he has now stepped away from overseeing football matches, taking up a role as Red Bull Global Head of Soccer.
Jurgen Klopp was often praised for his man management skills.
No matter if a player was regularly playing or consistently on the bench, Klopp would be able to ignite a desire within every player in his dressing room to go out and give their all whenever they were called upon.
He was also a brilliant speaker, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain even said in a recent podcast appearance that Klopp made it feel like every time you stepped onto a football pitch, it was like you going into war.
In a recent interview, Ruben Amorim has revealed that he studied Jurgen Klopp before his move to the Premier League.
He said: “To listen, I thought Klopp was really funny. Everyone listened to Guardiola, who is a reference to everyone, and Mourinho had his time here, so I tried to listen to everyone and understand everyone.”
“It was not just the top managers, but most of the time, it was the top managers whom I listened to.”
Ruben Amorim experienced a disastrous first season with Manchester United, as the Red Devils finished the Premier League season in 15th place and lost to Tottenham Hotspur in the Europa League final.
Despite many asking for the Portuguese to get the sack, he kept some fans onside with his confident nature during media appearances.
The 40-year-old is a brilliant communicator, and that could just be down to his studies of Jurgen Klopp.
