Kon Knueppel led the way for the Hornets in Friday’s loss as he ended the game with 33 points, five rebounds and nine assists while Miles Bridges recorded 32 points and seven rebounds.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Sunday afternoon’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.

For the Hornets, they have six players listed on their injury report, including star guard LaMelo Ball.

Charlotte has ruled out Ball due to a bone bruise in his left ankle as he will miss his third consecutive contest.

The Hornets have also ruled out Collin Sexton due to a left quad strain while Pat Connaughton, Tre Mann and Grant Williams will also be sidelined as they continue to recover from injuries.

Tijane Salaun has been listed as questionable with left hip soreness and if he is sidelined, Charlotte will need others to step up in his place off the bench.

Cleveland has ruled out Mobley due to a left calf strain that is expected to sidelined him at least two weeks.

With Mobley sidelined, Dean Wade and Thomas Bryant could be in line for larger roles for the Cavaliers.

The good news for the Cavaliers is that Allen has been listed as probable due to a sprained right middle finger and he is expected to return from a six-game absence.

Sam Merrill, Larry Nance Jr. and Max Strus have all been ruled out as they continue to be sidelined due to injuries.
