After a five-game stint on the sideline due to a quad injury, Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry returned to game action against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday night. There was no visible rust for the two-time MVP as he pored in 39 points in the contest. Unfortunately for Golden State, Curry’s production wasn’t enough in the end, as they lost the game, 127-120.
The Warriors will be back in action when they play the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday night. The question is, will Curry be back in action also?

Quad injuries can be tricky, so sometimes players might miss a game out of precaution after a return from such an injury. However, that won’t be the case with Curry. The star guard isn’t listed on the official injury report for the game, so he’ll be good to go and available to play.
