Although there are still a few weeks to go until the start of the January transfer window, there’s no doubt that top sides like Chelsea are already doing the groundwork so that they can kick-start the transfer window with a bang and bring in a few exciting talents.
The Blues have experienced a mixed start to the campaign. The team’s 3-0 demolition of La Liga champions Barcelona followed by a 3-1 defeat to Leeds United perhaps best epitomises the Jekyll and Hyde nature of Chelsea’s performances this season.
