Our semi-final opponent for the FIFA Women’s Champions Cup next year has been confirmed as Moroccan outfit, AS FAR.
The CAF Women's Champions League 2025 winners advanced to the semi-final after defeating Chinese side Wuhan Jiangda in extra-time.
The Moroccan team had trailed for the majority of the contest thanks to a Wang Shuang goal, but forced the game into additional time thanks to an 89th-minute equaliser from Hajar Said.
Sanaa Mssoudy then netted the winner to confirm our semi-final opponent. The contest will take place at the Gtech Community Stadium, home to Premier League side Brentford, on January 28, 2026.
Should we progress, we will face the winner of Corinthians v Gotham FC, which will take place at our home, Emirates Stadium, on February 1.
