In Tuesday’s loss to the Magic, Norman Powell recorded 21 points and seven rebounds while Tyler Herro added 20 points and seven rebounds of his own.
Now Miami will try to bounce back at home on Monday night in a tough matchup against the Raptors.
On the other side, Toronto enters Monday’s contest with a 15-11 record after losing at home to the New York Knicks on Tuesday night in the NBA Cup quarterfinals.

Brandon Ingram led the way for the Raptors in Tuesday’s loss as he ended the game with 31 points, six rebounds and six assists while Jamal Shead recorded 18 points and eight assists.
While both teams are looking to bounce back and pick up a victory in Monday night’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
For the Raptors, they have two players listed on their injury report, including forward RJ Barrett.

Toronto has ruled out Barrett due to a right knee sprain that has sidelined him since November 23, though the Raptors are hopeful he will be able to return soon.
With Barrett still sidelined, Ja’Kobe Walter, Gradey Dick and Shead could continue to have increased roles.

The Raptors have listed Jamison Battle as probable with an ankle injury and he is expected to play while Immanuel Quickley is off their injury report and will return after missing Tuesday’s game due to an illness.

Of course, Herro returned from a toe contusion in Tuesday’s loss to the Magic and he is now officially off Miami’s injury report heading into Monday’s contest.
Dru Smith is also off the injury report after dealing with a left hip contusion and will also be available against the Raptors.
Miami has ruled out Pelle Larsson due to a left ankle sprain and he is expected to be out for at least one week.
With Larsson sidelined, Smith and Simone Fontecchio could be in line for larger roles for the Heat.
