The FA Cup is the oldest national football competition in the world. Kicking off in the 1871–72 season, it has been going for over 150 years now.

Last year’s final saw Crystal Palace beat Manchester City 1-0 at Wembley and win the competition for the first time in their history.

The time for English Premier League clubs to enter this years competition has already started with the draw for the third round of the competition already taken place. Liverpool will play Barnsley at home in the FA Cup 3rd round this year, with many expecting the club to progress.

With that in mind, The FA have officially concluded the draw for the fourth round and named who Liverpool will be facing. How is that possible you might ask?

That’s because the draw we’re talking about is for the women’s FA Cup. Unlike the men’s tournament, most of the major Barclays Women’s Super League teams enter the fourth round.

So this will be the first time that the team will enter the FA Cup this season. And the team now know who they will be playing in their tie.

The Football Association have officially confirmed that Liverpool will travel to London Bees for their FA Cup fourth round 2025/26 tie.

For those unaware of London Bees, they are a National League Division One South East club. They made it to this round by defeating Dartford away 3-2 in the third round.

The FA Cup fourth round is currently scheduled for the weekend of Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 January 2026. Specific dates for each game is yet to be determined.

Liverpool Women’s will be hoping to have a successful cup run this year that will prove a useful distraction from their current league form.
