A 21-PPG scorer has zero trade interest across the NBA

The Brooklyn Nets are gauging the trade market for guard Cam Thomas, but according to NYP, there is currently no real interest.

The Brooklyn Nets are exploring the possibility of trading Cam Thomas, but according to Brian Lewis of The New York Post, there is currently little to no market for the scorer.

Brooklyn Nets / Schedule

Lewis reports that the Nets have been testing Thomas' trade value after he turned down two contract offers: a two-year, $30 million deal that included a team option for the second season, and a one-year, $9.5 million contract with incentives that could have reached $11 million, which also required him to waive his no-trade clause.

However, multiple league sources told The Post that despite Brooklyn's efforts, there simply isn't interest around the league at this time.

Thomas, 24, is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury.

Before getting hurt, he had started the season strong, averaging 21.4 points and 2.6 assists in 28.3 minutes per game over eight appearances. He shot 40.2% from the field and 35.6% from three-point range during that stretch.
