Patrick Beverley salary in Greece revealed, per report

Patrick Beverley has joined PAOK Thessaloniki in Greece on a reported €600,000 ($706,000) contract—nearly matching the club's entire roster budget from last season.

12-year NBA veteran guard Patrick Beverley has officially joined PAOK Thessaloniki in Greece, signing a contract that stands out in the club's history.

According to SDNA, Beverley's deal is worth €600,000 ($706,000)—nearly matching PAOK's reported entire roster budget of €700,000 ($824,000) from last season.

Beverley is already traveling with the team to Lisbon, Portugal, for their FIBA Europe Cup game against Sporting, though he won't suit up. He will be there to support his teammates on Wednesday.

The 37-year-old guard will play his second consecutive season overseas. Last season, he spent most of the year with Hapoel Tel Aviv in Israel, but the two sides mutually parted ways in February.

Beverley returns to Greece after 15 years, having previously played for Olympiacos Piraeus during the 2009–10 season.

Selected 42nd overall in the 2009 NBA Draft by the Los Angeles Lakers, Beverley initially continued his career in Europe, playing for Dnipro, Olympiacos, and Spartak St. Petersburg before making his NBA breakthrough with Houston, where he played from 2013 to 2017.

He later spent four seasons with the Los Angeles Clippers, earning All-Defensive Team honors in his first year with the franchise.

Beverley also played for Minnesota, the Lakers, Chicago, Philadelphia, and, most recently, Milwaukee, which he joined in February 2024.

Over his NBA career, Beverley appeared in 666 regular-season games, averaging 8.3 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game.

Last month, Beverley was arrested after allegedly punching his sister in the eye and choking her for up to 30 seconds at a home in Texas. He remains innocent until proven guilty, and the case is still developing.
