Leah Williamson, Mariona Caldentey and Alessia Russo have all been named in the Best Women’s Team at the FIFA Best Awards.
Presented in Qatar, FIFA announced its verdicts on the best women’s players of 2025 on Tuesday.
The three players were all recognised for their Women’s Champions League-winning triumph, as well as success at Euro 2025 as England beat Spain in the final, which Russo and Mariona both scored in.
They were decided by votes from current managers and captains of all national teams, as well as media representatives, supporters and a FIFA-appointed panel of experts.
