Hello and welcome to **football.london** for live coverage of Enzo Maresca's post-match press conference following Chelsea's win over Cardiff City in the Carabao Cup quarter-final.
The Blues are the first team into the last four of the competition, with the west Londoners securing a 3-1 victory over the League One side in south Wales. Alejandro Garnacho, on as a half-time substitute, was the hero for the visitors at the Cardiff City Stadium.
Garnacho gave Chelsea the lead not long after the break with a fine finish into the bottom corner but the Bluebirds fought back when David Turnbull headed past Filip Jorgensen. Pedro Neto, also on as a sub, put Chelsea back ahead with less than 10 minutes of normal time remaining.
Garnacho was on hand to put the Blues two goals to the good deep into stoppage time and confirm his side's place in the last four of the Carabao Cup. After a turbulent 72 hours for Maresca, the Chelsea head coach was serenaded post-match, with the travelling supporters chanting his name as he applauded them for their efforts.
We will hear shortly from Maresca to see what he made of the game. **Bobby Vincent** is live in Cardiff to bring you word-for-word updates from Maresca's press conference:
