Eric Morris has had a lot to do in his first month on the job.
The new Oklahoma State head coach had to prepare his North Texas team for two games, including a conference championship game, put together a recruiting class at Oklahoma State, start to build out his first coaching staff in Stillwater, have a long day of press conferences and meet and greets and he even managed to fit in a plate of cheese fries.
Morris still has some work to do as he builds his staff at Oklahoma State, which to this point has mostly been bringing over coaches from North Texas. The Mean Green's season will conclude Dec. 27 in the New Mexico Bowl.
"I'm working to bring one of the top young coaching staffs in the country to Stillwater, coaches that can maximize our talent and can really go out and identify the players we'll all be proud of," Morris said at his introductory presser. "Coaches that will develop relationships with the players and their families."
