It hasn’t been the ideal season for the Dallas Mavericks. However, that didn’t stop future Hall of Famer Kyrie Irving from getting in the Christmas spirit with his team.
On Wednesday, the Mavericks’ official social media team shared that the veteran guard purchased golf carts for this teammates as a Christmas surprise.

The golf carts are customized. Each cart has the Mavericks logo on the front, with each player’s name and number on the side.
In the video shared by the team on their social channels, it was clear that the players really enjoyed their gift from Irving. Klay Thompson even did some “off-roading” that probably had the front office holding their breath.

Cooper Flagg and Anthony Davis even got in on the carting action.
The Giving Season
Earlier this week, former Mavericks star Luka Doncic gifted all of his Los Angeles Lakers teammates e-bikes. Now, it may feel like the Mavericks lost the trade involving Doncic. But to me, it’s clear Irving’s gift is a lot cooler than Doncic’s.

Giving your teammates an epic Christmas gift has to be one of the greatest feelings of all time. Kyrie Irving’s Santa Claus move is putting even more respect on his name.

Wonder if I could talk a co-worker into getting me something cool? Nothing over the top like a golf cart, but maybe like an official Tobey Maguire Spider-Man suit. Or something like that. Hey, I’m a man of simple taste.
